Ordering Transcripts
Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript Request
To have CCAF send and official transcript to yourself and/or an accredited college/university, you must do the following:

Access the Air Force Virtual Education Center through the Air Force Portal

Under the “Self-Service” section, select CCAF Student Services

Using the “Transcripts” Tab, you can “order a transcript” or “view my unofficial transcript”
College/University Transcript Sent to CCAF (Enlisted Members Only)
To have CCAF evaluate courses completed at an accredited college/university, have each school send an official transcript to CCAF at the below address or electronically from an electronic transcript delivery network; electronic transcripts must be sent to ccaf.etranscript@us.af.mil.

Note: For foreign transcripts, students must obtain an external (commercial) evaluation of course work taken at foreign institutions. Evaluations are not required for foreign institutions that hold acceptable accreditation and are listed in the Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education, published by the American Council on Education (ACE). A student must request 2 official copies of their foreign transcript in English. One copy will be evaluated by a foreign transcript evaluation service and one mailed directly to CCAF. Armed forces or general evaluations are not acceptable for this purpose. CCAF accepts a detailed, course-by-course evaluation of foreign documents from The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) or any National Association of Credentialed Evaluation Services (NACES) member. (http://www.naces.org/members.htm for addresses and phone numbers). Students pay all costs (~ $150 and $35 for each additional copy) to obtain the evaluation. Students must request that the course-by-course evaluation be sent directly to CCAF from the service conducting the foreign evaluation.
Enlisted Education Update
If you have completed a degree at an accredited college/university and would like your education level updated in the personnel system (MILPDS), you must have the school send an official transcript to our office at the below address.
Note: For foreign transcripts, students request an official copy of their foreign transcript in English from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) or any National Association of Credentialed Evaluation Services (NACES) member (http://www.naces.org/members.htm for addresses and phone numbers). Students must request that the course-by-course evaluation be sent directly to the address above from the agency conducting the foreign evaluation.
